Our readers are homeowners, DIYers and retirees who want tools, paint, lawn gear and car supplies off the floor. You don't need to know cabinet jargon to use our guides.
What we cover
We cover tall steel cabinets with locking doors, wide, short and rolling cabinets, and plastic and resin cabinets from brands like Sterilite, Suncast, Keter and Rubbermaid. We also explain sizes, depths, shelf loads, tip-over basics, rust and cleaning.
Many steel garage cabinets are sold under small or changing brand names. We match each one by its model, size and features, not by its name alone.
How we put a guide together
